"I was with progressive for 3 years. About 4 months ago I called them to try and lower my monthly payment but after the conversation they raised my payment $50. Talked with Adam Bates today to get a quote just because I was curious and with the same coverage I had with progressive he was able to cut my payment in half. Quick and easy process and he was very helpful. Can’t thank him enough."

My experience with the team at the Ken Hinojosa office, especially Laura and Deja, has truly reinforced why I’ve stayed loyal for so long.
Laura recently helped me during my policy renewal, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond. While I was considering switching to another company for a lower rate, she stayed on the phone with me, patiently walking me through my options and making sure I fully understood my coverage. She wasn’t just trying to “keep my business”—she was making sure I was making the best decision for myself. That level of honesty, kindness, and dedication is something you just don’t come across often anymore.
Deja was equally incredible when I had to file a claim after another driver hit my car. Despite having clear evidence—photos of the accident and the other driver’s ID—their insurance initially tried to deny responsibility. Deja didn’t just accept that outcome. She advocated for me, escalated the issue through multiple channels, and made sure everything was handled properly until the claim was finally resolved. Knowing someone is willing to fight for you like that makes all the difference.
What stands out most about this office is that they treat you like more than just a policy number. They know you, they listen, and they genuinely care about your well-being. In a time where so many services feel automated and impersonal, having a team you can call and trust is invaluable. It’s not just about saving a few dollars—it’s about having people in your corner when it matters most.

The level of care they provide feels like something from another era—like when things were made with pride and intention, not mass-produced or rushed.
